I want to buy a used spinning bike, but I’m in an apartment building…will it vibrate down to the lower floor? Is it noisy?
I bought a trainer for my regular bike, but it was really noisy!!! Had to take it back…I want to avoid making a mistake with this purchase….
I need an indoor workout that’s quiet!!! Any makes/models that are particularly quiet!

I used to race BMX and Mountain Bikes competitively when I was a kid but it has been years since biking. I recently was given a free Murray bike which is about the heaviest and junkiest bike I have ever ridden on. I used to ride Cannondale and Trek. Unfortunately with 300 dollars I know I am very limited for my selection.
What, if anything can I get for 300 dollars or less that would be a decent bike? I ran across a gentleman selling a 2005 GT mountain bike with cyclops trainer and road tires/accessories (odometer, etc) in a package deal for 250. I did a little research and it seems that would be a really good deal. Should I check it out? Or any other recommendations? It’s been awhile and I want to jump back into it now that I have located some good trails within an hours drive of my new location.

Performance bike had this trainer on sale, and I am wondering how quiet it is?? I live in an apartment and my old wind trainer annoys my neighbors.

I have multiple sclerosis and until a few days ago I could not walk. So my muscles have lost a lot of strength. I am going to use a bicycle to get in shape. Unfortunately, I still can’t go outside. Would you recommend an exercise bike or a regular bike with an indoor trainer so I could take it out when I am able. Please also include what types of either you would recommend. I have about $500.
