I’ve already cut out red meat and bread and I go on the cross trainer and bike along with doing sit ups and sit ups with my legs up in the air.

I am or was quite fit – now if I am sitting and I walk up the stairs I get out of breath. I go to the gym and I can do 10 mins on bike/eliptical trainer or 20-30 mins on the treadmill fast walk – and I am fine, so seems to be when I get up quickly.

For an hour and a half on Tuesdays and Thursdays we have to spend 30 minutes on either a cross-trainer, stationary bike, or treadmill. I am 6’3″ and 171 lbs and I don’t want to lose any weight or burn calories. Which one of these machines should I do?

I got a trainer for my bike so I can ride inside in the winter, but the gel seat cover I have is killing my butt. Any suggestions as to how to cushion it better with something that won’t slip? Or a good brand of cushy bike seat?
