I am tired today but making fantastic progress on my lifestyle change and have lost 8 pounds so far in two weeks. I am really tired. Do I find a way to push myself harder and get up and go biking or do I rest?
I am leaning toward pushing myself?
Any trainers out there with opinions on the theory of each one?
I change it everday.
bowflex one day, biking the next, running the next, walking the next, bowflex the next. I work out maybe an hour a day. At home not a gym!
Hi, me and my friends often go on our mountain bikes around the forest that we live by, im only 13 so im not looking for anything to advanced, i was thinking of getting an approach shoe/boot the thing is though i am from Liverpool , and if people see my riding down the street to start my journey i will most probaly have insults coming at me, so i need something cheap, with a good make, looks like a trainer shoe , and under £50, any ideas will help a lot

Hi,
I just ordered the following mirra bike for myself so I can mess around on it casually.
http://www.mirrabikeco.com/bikes_1_3.php
Im 6 feet tall and around 200 pounds (not to mention 33 years old) and I’m hearing now that maybe a 20.5″ top tube length may not be big enough? and the 170mm crank set length should be more like 180mm?
Is this bike going to be okay?
Again, Im really just planning on messing around a little bit and not get too crazy with it. If I can learn to hop on it I would be a happy camper. and just circle the block with my son as he tags along on his little trainer bike.
