From trigarage.com. At Interbike2007 I saw Kurt Manufacturing’s new Rock n Roll kinetic trainer. This trainer gives you a road feel and fosters that core balance work other kinetic trainers don’t. One of the things I especially like about this kinetic trainer is the ability to practice the swim-to-bike transition in a more realistic “balancing” environment.
