In addition, cycling strengthens your abdominal muscles. One of the main components of riding a bike includes learning to stay upright. Maintaining that balance toughens up your core. To keep yourself from falling off your bike and further strengthen your core, tighten your abs during your ride.
With a stationary bike trainer, which costs much less than a stationary bike, you can ride your bike inside your house when it isn’t possible to cycle outdoors.
