I’m really looking into getting a stand so that I can ride my bike inside, not a trainer though, just the stand that doesnt have resistance.

And how do you set them up? I know two wheels come off.. but then you need another part to put the other two wheels on or something right??
but if i had speeds on the bike would that provide resistance? or do i really need a trainer
